PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY (non-binding): NI-KA is run by a single private individual — not a company. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the game: your Firebase account (if you register one), your Solana public wallet address, gameplay telemetry for anti-cheat, basic device specs for graphics optimization, and your IP address for fraud prevention and geo-compliance. We never see your private keys, store payment card data, or sell your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how the individual, unincorporated developer behind the NI-KA game interface ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my") collects, uses, and protects information when you access the NI-KA website, connect a Solana wallet, play the Game, or otherwise interact with the Platform.

The Developer is a single private individual — not a corporation, LLC, DAO, or any other legal entity — with no registered office or address in any country. This policy is provided in the spirit of transparency and in alignment with global privacy best practices, including GDPR principles and Web3 privacy norms.

SECTION 1 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The Platform is designed to collect the minimum data required to operate the Game, run tournaments, and prevent fraud.

1.1 Account and Authentication

If you register a cloud account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via Firebase Authentication with hashed passwords).
If you sign in with Google Auth, we access your Google User ID and email address solely for authentication.
If you play as a Guest, no email address or profile identifier is collected.

1.2 Solana Blockchain Data

Your personal Solana public wallet address — used to process tournament prize distributions and withdrawals.
Your deterministically derived in-game deposit wallet — generated server-side to manage entry fees, token burns, and marketplace transactions.
Transaction hashes (TXIDs) and associated public metadata for in-game token transfers or prize payouts.

We never collect, request, or store your wallet's private keys, seed phrases, or any security credentials. We have no access to them.

1.3 Game Telemetry, Progression & Inventory

In-game scores and run telemetry (physics frames, path log data) used to verify gameplay integrity and leaderboard rankings.
Progression stats: permanent lives, speed upgrades, equipped skins, badges, claimed achievements.
Inventory: blueprints, materials, boosters, and active P2P marketplace listings.

1.4 Technical Device Information

CPU core count (navigator.hardwareConcurrency)
WebGL GPU renderer identifiers
Screen resolution, safe-area paddings, and OS/browser user-agent strings

Used solely to configure rendering settings. Not used for advertising or tracking.

1.5 IP Address

Collected solely to determine your approximate region for jurisdictional compliance and to protect against bot networks, Sybil attacks, and multi-accounting fraud. Not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to third parties.

SECTION 3 — PAYMENTS & FINANCIAL DATA

3.1 No Fiat Payment Processors. The Platform does not integrate with Stripe, PayPal, or any fiat payment gateway. All token transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain.

3.2 No Payment Card Data. The Developer never collects, sees, or stores credit/debit card numbers, bank account details, or any fiat financial credentials.

3.3 SOL Support Donations. Voluntary SOL tips are sent directly from your wallet to the Developer's treasury wallet via Solana blockchain transfer. The Developer only knows the sending public wallet address and the transaction amount — both publicly visible on-chain regardless.

SECTION 4 — WEB3 PRIVACY & PSEUDONYMITY

4.1 Pseudonymous by Design. The Platform does not require your real name, physical address, or government-issued ID. Your identity is tied to your Firebase account and/or your Solana public wallet address — both pseudonymous by default.

4.2 No Real-World Identity Linking. We do not attempt to link your Solana wallet address to your real-world identity, nor share this data in a way that would enable such linking by third parties.

4.3 Blockchain Transparency Notice. Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public, transparent, and permanent by design. Any on-chain activity is visible to anyone who queries the blockchain. The Developer has no control over the Solana network and cannot delete or obscure on-chain data.

SECTION 5 — DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

5.1 Firebase (Google). We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore, operated by Google LLC. Player data in Firestore is governed by our Firestore Security Rules, restricting access to authenticated users and server functions only.

5.2 No Advertising Networks. We do not use Google AdSense, Meta Pixel, or any advertising tracking SDK.

5.3 No Data Sales. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

5.4 Legal Disclosure. We may disclose data if genuinely required by a lawful court order, or if necessary to protect the safety of users or the integrity of the Platform.

SECTION 6 — DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

6.1 Retention Period. We retain your data only as long as necessary. Account data is deleted upon account removal request. Telemetry and log data is periodically pruned once no longer needed for anti-cheat or security purposes.

6.2 Security Measures. We implement industry-standard measures including Firebase Security Rules, server-side key handling, and encrypted transport (HTTPS). However, no system is perfectly secure.

6.3 No Control Over Blockchain. Data written to the Solana blockchain is immutable. We cannot delete or modify on-chain records.

SECTION 7 — YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights including:

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (where technically possible).
Portability: Request transfer of your data to another service.
Objection: Object to specific processing activities.

The Developer is a private individual — not a Data Protection Authority-registered controller. These rights are offered in good faith.

SECTION 8 — CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Platform is not intended for users under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data through the Platform, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

SECTION 9 — POLICY CHANGES

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When it is, the "Last Updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
